We hand-pack everything right in the heart of beautiful Orange County, CA. That means the founder and team that bring Brewzie to life are the same people that pack your order with love. We like it that way because we want to make sure every order is perfect.

• Most of our orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase.
• We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.
• Once an order is shipped, it is out of our hands and we no longer have control over delivery times, address changes, etc. Please review your shipping address carefully prior to finalizing your order.

We think you're going to love your new Brewzie. BUT - if you don't fall in love with your purchase, no hard feelings at all. We happily accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date on your order's tracking.

To qualify for a refund of merchandise purchased online, items must be in original condition (it's okay if you don't have the packaging). Merchandise must also have been bought at regular full price, unused, and undamaged. Items that have been purchased with a discount code or are obviously used, stained, damaged, etc. do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

So sorry, but due to high shipping fees we do not accept returns on international purchases at this time.
